| 10 am to 10.15 am | All volunteers will assemble at Cambridge Educational Institution premises. Mr Anand will introduce the SFW Team to the Principal/Chairman.Vinitha Kaul & Geetha Graham to co ordinate with Parihar |
| 10.15 am to 11am | Various Teams, will then move to the auditorium to set up the posters, Standee, Stage arrangements like seats, Mike, Tech Team to set up LED screens, Video spots, assess seating arrangements.Getting everything in place. M C’s – Geetha Graham & Anjali to get ready.SFW- Team to get the Saplings, in place. |
| 11am to 11.15 am | Get the students to be seated SFW – Anand/Jamuna to coordinate with Principal / Parihar and bring them on the stage |
| 11.30 am to 11.45 am | Program starts with College Principal introducing SFW Team. MC will introduce Poornima, who will speak for & behalf of Mission of SFW ! Handing over the stage to Parihar ! |
| 11.45 am | Parihar takes over the Stage ( SFW Team swing into action- taking photos/videos , observing) |
| 12.45 pm to 12.55 pm | QUIZ/Q & A by Chaitra Anand |
| 1 pm | Vote of Thanks by Anjali /Giving away momentos(saplings) |
| 1.05 pm | Feedback / Registerations/Video bytes, collecting data like Number of participants, any last minute announcements etc. |
| 1.15 pm to 1.20 pm | Dismantling the posters/standee etc |

1.30 pm |
SFW Team moves to the College Canteen for debrief of the Event. |
| 1.30 pm | SFW disperse happily with their First Successful Event. |
